My food adventure at Mambo Italiano Cafe

My food adventure takes me to Mambo Italiano Cafe in Fairhaven, Washington.

I had the Smoked Salmon Penne
Penne pasta, smoked salmon, artichoke hearts Sun-Dried tomatoes, garlic, cream. $18.00 and a  Caesar salad $6.00

They have outdoor seating with heaters but I did not observe any covering.

I would like to return and try other items on the menu.

This evening I ordered the special. the Pork Tenderloin stuffed with figs, wrapped in prosciutto served with ruby port wine sauce garahished with what I call micro greens. My order also came with mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal veggies.
