My food adventure takes me to Burnt Ends in Lynden, Washington. One day in 2019 I was headed to the border in Canada well I ran into this place.  If you want to try Texas style BBQ this is the place to go. If you like collard greens, mashed potatoes and corn bread like I do,  then this is definitely is your place to go. This evening I ordered the special. the Pork Tenderloin stuffed with figs, wrapped in prosciutto served with ruby port wine sauce garahished with what I call micro greens.
