My adventure takes me to Bayou on the Bay downtown Bellingham. I had the Gumbo its the best Cajun food I've eating in Bellingham, Washington. The roux was Unbelievable delicious! Not my first time  here last year I had the  Etouffee it was so delicious! Bayou on the Bay (order was to-go so it was in the box in case you are wondering)
