My food adventure takes me to Boundary Bay Brewery & Bistro in Bellingham, Washington. I ordered the Lamb Burger and the Canale's Gumbo. The burger was nicely seasoned so I ate just the patty with the pickle.  The Canale's Gumbo really took me by surprise, I was not expecting it to be spicy but that's the way I like it and should be.  the flavor was phenomenal it was chunks of vegetables and full of flavor very delicious.Boundary Bay Brewery & Bistro.

This evening I ordered the special. the Pork Tenderloin stuffed with figs, wrapped in prosciutto served with ruby port wine sauce garahished with what I call micro greens. My order also came with mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal veggies.
