My food adventure takes me to, Every Fiber Coffee Co. In Seaford, De. I ordered the  Aloha Burger , it had a beef patty, Swiss cheese, red onion, bacon topped with a slice of pineapple the bun was very delicious and fresh.  (Would try it with a jalapeno next time) For sides I ordered the sweet potato fries, I still cannot figure out the sauce but I know that had cinnamon in it very delicious with the sweet potatoes gave it an extra touch.  Staff was very friendly greeting you when you come in and wishing you a good day when you leave.  Every Fiber Coffee Co The small things that makes people happy!

My adventure takes me to Bayou on the Bay downtown Bellingham. I had the Gumbo its the best Cajun food I've eating in Bellingham, Washington. The roux was Unbelievable delicious! Not my first time  here last year I had the  Etouffee it was so delicious! Bayou on the Bay  (order was to-go so it was in the box in case you are wondering)

My food adventure takes me to Infusion Cuisine. I had the weekend special,  Short Ribs served with a ruby red port sauce, mashed potatoes and roasted green beans and carrots.  This dish was Unbelievable delicious!  I soaked up all the left over sauce with the mashed potatoes.  Infusion Cuisine

Today my adventures takes me to Coconut Kenny's in Bellingham, Washington. I had the King Mahalo, Grilled Chicken Breast, Bacon, Red Onions & Cilantro Baked with Creamy Chipotle BBQ & Cheddar Cheese. The bun was very delicious and fresh, the ingredients unbelievable delicious you better make sure you have napkins.  The the cheese balls were full of flavor, so good! coconut kenny's

Today I had the Caldo de res. It had all the Ingredients & spices a Caldo should have the meat so so tender. The refried beans are full of delicious flavor. I find Tadeo's being the most Authentic Mexican food in Bellingham,WA and just to add all of Whatcom County. I'm from Galveston Island, Texas and this will be my to go place for Mexican food when I return again.  Tadeo's Mexican restaurant

My food adventure takes me to Bry's Filipino cuisine food truck.  Bry's Filipino cuisine  Bryan is originally from⁠ Philippines his food is the real deal the best hands down in Bellingham Washington. All of his food is phenomenal and home made. I have family from the Philippines and when I tasted his food I felt like I was at home.  I wish him all the best in his business! 

I had the Menudo, with Beef tripe cooked in a spicy broth. Served with chopped onion & cilantro and home made corn tortillas. I knew this was the right one when I looked at the color. When I took the first bite I was speechless with flavor. This is the best in Bellingham and all of Whatcom County hands down.  Tadeo's Mexican restaurant  

My food adventure takes me to Boundary Bay Brewery & Bistro in Bellingham, Washington. I ordered the Lamb Burger and the Canale's Gumbo. The burger was nicely seasoned so I ate just the patty with the pickle.  The Canale's Gumbo really took me by surprise, I was not expecting it to be spicy but that's the way I like it and should be.  the flavor was phenomenal it was chunks of vegetables and full of flavor very delicious. My food adventure takes me back to Infusion Cuisine because I wanted to try the carne asada, rice & beans. This meal was phenomenal! ❤ I wanted to save some for breakfast well that did not happen. My food adventure takes me to Burnt Ends in Lynden, Washington. One day in 2019 I was headed to the border in Canada well I ran into this place.  If you want to try Texas style BBQ this is the place to go. If you like collard greens, mashed potatoes and corn bread like I do,  then this is definitely is your place to go. This evening I ordered the special. the Pork Tenderloin stuffed with figs, wrapped in prosciutto served with ruby port wine sauce garahished with what I call micro greens. My order also came with mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal veggies. I went and ordered the Cilantro Lime Crunch Burrito it was phenomenal. My food adventure takes me to Mambo Italiano Cafe in Fairhaven, Washington. I had the Smoked Salmon Penne Penne pasta, smoked salmon, artichoke hearts Sun-Dried tomatoes, garlic, cream.  $18.00 and a   Caesar salad $6.00 They have outdoor seating with heaters but I did not observe any covering. My food  adventure on Tuesday the 15th  took me to Simmering Tava .  I had The Lamb Curry with rice it was delicious!!   You can order online for to go orders only no indoor dinning.  Closed on Sunday and Monday  Sorry the picture is not the greatest.

I had the most amazing biscuit and Chorizo gravy for breakfast this morning at Paris Restaurant  Amazing presentation & spectacular customer service. Cannot wait to go back for lunch.
